Construction Adjudicator – Dispute Consultant – Contract Advisor


John Littler is a Construction Adjudicator and Consultant, specialising in Construction Contract and Construction Dispute advice and assistance. In a career now spanning almost 40 years, John has worked within contracting and specialist sub-contracting and, for close to 25 years, as a Consultant in his own Practices, advising Employers, Contractors and Sub-Contractors.

As a Construction Adjudicator on the RICS President’s Panel, as well as other panels, John is regularly nominated to act as Adjudicator, reaching binding decisions in a range of construction disputes. When not acting as Adjudicator, John provides Contract and Commercial advice and assistance to his private Clients. He advises and acts as advocate on behalf of Clients in dispute, seeking to apply his skills and experience to secure appropriate commercial resolution in the first instance and, where necessary, acting for them in Adjudication.

John is an appointed representative of the RICS sitting on JCT Council, helping to ensure its new and amended Contracts remain up to date, fair and even-handed. He also provides training on JCT’s Design and Build and Minor Works forms of Contract on behalf of JCT.
